Galt Joint Union High School District Transition Partnership Program
Did you know the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) provides services that assist students with disabilities into meaningful employment and/or post-secondary education? Does your student have a disability and a desire to work? If so, then you might want to learn more about the Transition Partnership Program (TPP)! DOR and the Galt Joint Union High School District have built a partnership to assist such students through the statewide program known as TPP.
Services may include:
· Career Assessment and counseling
· Job Search and interview skills
· Independent living skills
· Career education and training
· Assistive technology
· Referrals to other youth supportive agencies
