Juniors - State Testing Begins 3/20/2017

At Galt High School, all 11th grade students will participate in approximately eight periods of state required testing over the next six weeks. The following is a brief schedule by week.


Dates: 3/20-3/24                    

CAASPP Test: Science                                      

Approximate Time Needed: 2 class periods


Date: 3/27-4/7                      

CAASPP Test: English Language Arts                

Approximate Time Needed: 3 class periods


Dates: 4/18-4/28                    

CAASPP Test: Mathematics                                

Approximate Time Needed: 3 class periods


  • All testing will take place on a computer in the computer lab. Students will be pulled from elective courses to participate in the testing.


  • Scores from the tests will be mailed out to your home address during the summer.


Students are scored on each exam on a scale of 1 to 4, with 4 being the highest. As an incentive for students to achieve their best, we our offering a new reward this year.

All students scoring a 3 or 4 on the ELA and Math will receive an Off Campus Lunch Pass for every Thursday during their Senior year!!!
